Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all text, images, videos, audio, and other content you submit, upload, generate, store, or share through PhotoMotion AI. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use PhotoMotion AI to create, upload, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, sexual service, or adult content.
• Any nude, sexual, sexually suggestive, exploitative, grooming, or harmful content involving minors.
• Non-consensual deepfakes, face swaps, impersonations, privacy violations, or misleading realistic depictions of real people.
• Hate, harassment, threats, bullying, humiliation, or attacks against protected groups.
• Graphic violence, terrorism, extremism, self-harm, criminal instructions, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.

3. Content Moderation

Every generation request is screened by automated content safety systems before it proceeds to AI generation, including the Creem Moderation API. Requests classified as denied or flagged are blocked. If moderation is unavailable, we pause the generation request for safety and compliance reasons.

4. Enforcement

If you violate this policy, we may reject generation, remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, terminate service access, deny related refunds, and, when necessary, report violations to payment partners, platform providers, or law enforcement.
