PhotoMotion AI is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create video content from text, images, and other inputs. We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee that generated videos will always meet your exact expectations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Usage Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, NSFW, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Generate, upload, or distribute any sexual, exploitative, nude, or sexually suggestive content involving minors.
  • Create non-consensual deepfakes, face swaps, impersonations, privacy violations, or misleading realistic depictions of real people.
  • Generate content that promotes violence, self-harm, hate, harassment, illegal activity, fraud, or abuse of the platform.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

5. Content Safety and Moderation

PhotoMotion AI is an AI video generation platform that relies on third-party AI models and payment compliance services to provide generation and safety review capabilities. Your prompts and related inputs may be screened before generation by automated content safety systems, including the Creem Moderation API. Requests classified as prohibited or high risk will be rejected and will not proceed to generation.

We may remove violating content, restrict accounts, suspend access, deny refunds, or report serious violations to relevant authorities at our discretion. You are responsible for the content you upload, submit, and generate, and you agree to submit only content you have the right to use and that complies with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform. For video content generated using the platform, we grant you the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such content, provided you comply with these Terms.

7. Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits can be obtained through purchase or subscription. Except as required by law, all fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our prices and billing methods at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
