Independent service and no official affiliation

PhotoMotion AI is an independent multi-model AI video platform. It is not the official Seedance or ByteDance website and does not claim to be owned, operated, endorsed, or sponsored by ByteDance or the Seedance product team.

Trademarks and product names

Seedance, ByteDance, and related names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are used on PhotoMotion AI only to identify the model selected by the user and to describe supported generation workflows.

Model access and availability

Access to Seedance 2.0 may be provided through third-party API or infrastructure providers. Model versions, supported inputs, duration, resolution, audio capabilities, pricing, credit costs, geographic availability, and processing time may change without notice. The generator displays the currently available options before submission.

AI-generated output limitations

AI-generated video may contain inaccuracies, visual artifacts, inconsistent motion, unexpected content, or results that do not fully match the prompt or reference media. PhotoMotion AI does not guarantee a particular creative result or identical behavior to another Seedance access channel.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload and use prompts, images, video, audio, trademarks, likenesses, and other source material. Generated content must be used in accordance with applicable law, the PhotoMotion AI Terms of Service, and the Acceptable Use Policy.
